This interactive seminar will be an exploration of what personalisation means for both Service Users, for HIAs and for housing-related service providers. 
It is aimed at people who know a bit about personalisation, who want to know what it actually means in practice and how they can engage with the agenda.  Delegates will gain a service user perspective on personalisation and also have a chance to question and discuss key issues with speakers.
