The Housing LIN have published four briefings on personalisation, public health reform, and the emerging primary and secondary health care landscapes. These accompany the recent Chartered Institute of Housing paper, 'Localism: delivering integration across housing healtha nd social care' which was also supported by the Housing LIN.
The briefings are:
