Information and advice for home improvement agencies and commissioners

Support for choice

Support for choice examines the role of home improvement agencies in providing information and advice to their clients about the options and services available so that clients can make informed decisions. It explores the different levels of service and how these work within an environment of other local and national housing information, advice, signposting and advocacy providers.
