Any home improvement agency or grants team can request an HIA Quality Mark assessment. Assessing a home improvement agency for the core module and one optional module takes one-and-a-half days.
It is estimated that a home improvement agency will need to spend at least two months preparing for the Quality Mark visit to get all the relevant documentation ready. Most of this documentation will need to be sent electronically to Foundations, two weeks before the visit.
