With over 25 years’ experience as a case worker, Sally has cultivated extensive knowledge of housing needs and building work, DFG processes and local and national organisations making her the “go-to person” to solve seemingly insoluble problems. Her years of working with individuals, enables Sally to explain DFG processes, financial assessments and paperwork in a very comfortable and relaxed way.
