Foundations: The National body for Disabled Facilities Grant

If you regularly follow any of our output, you will know that we do a lot of work around Disabled Facilities Grants. As the National Body for Home Improvement Agencies it has always been an important aspect of our work. For years we have also recognised the importance of joining up delivery between housing and social care and the need to look at the end-to-end process from the contact centre through to completion.

So, I am very proud to announce that Foundations is now officially the National Body for Disabled Facilities Grants and Home Improvement Agencies.

It doesn’t significantly change what we do, but recognises that we’re here to help across housing, social care and beyond.
