A provider's perspective:
“Back in 2013 as we commenced our journey to establish a handyperson service in Northern Ireland, I contacted you to see if we could meet and learn from your organisation and your experiences in Great Britain. Since then we have worked with Chris Pratt who took me on a tour of handyperson services in the North West, I attended your annual conference, we purchased the Case Manager system and worked with Matt to get this set up, and over the last couple of months we worked with Roy McNally who completed the evaluation on our handyperson pilot. I would just like to say we have gained so much from working with your team and they have all without exception been professional, knowledgeable, patient and made our journey an easier one”.
