User Interface Update

Case Manager customers will have recently noticed an upgrade to the system’s user-interface (the way the system looks and feels). Whilst the update may seem mainly cosmetic, the system also includes background refinements that make the system function more efficiently. Iizuka our software partners have a rolling programme of updates, and these will continue in the future.

We do our best to keep our customers informed of these updates by contacting our key customer contacts in advance. However, staff roles change and some of our contacts may not be fully up-to-date. As such if you would like to receive details of future system upgrades before they happen, please be sure to let the case manager team know. You can do this by speaking to any member of the FCM team, or simply email me on [email protected] and I will add you to the distribution list.

FCM Development Roadmap

Case Manger is a constantly evolving product, and we try to consider upgrades that will make your life as a Case Manager user easier. Some forthcoming enhancements will include portal access to the system for contractors, and we are also exploring the use of Power BI as a third-party plug-in to allow much more comprehensive reporting options. Keep an eye on our website and our e-communications for news as it occurs.
